The Department & Scientific Inquiry

Exemplary Instruction: Planning and delivering high-challenge Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) pushing students to achieve top-tier academic results.
Empirical Leadership: Leading safe organized and impactful laboratory practicals that train students in rigorous measurement keen observation and data deconstruction.
Conceptual Breakdown: Demystifying abstract complex frameworks across biology chemistry and physicsmaking quantitative laws and structural formulas accessible to all learners.
Data-Driven Success: Utilizing the departments detailed assessment tracking systems to identify learning gaps early providing clear targeted feedback to maximize GCSE exam performance.
Form Tutor Duties: Leading a dedicated form group acting as the primary point of academic pastoral and holistic support for a cohort of students.
The Successful Candidate We are looking for a dedicated educator who is passionate about cultivating logical clarity evidence-based thinking and a genuine curiosity about the natural and physical world. Requirements include:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong honors degree in a recognized scientific discipline (Biology Chemistry Physics or Applied Sciences).
