Frome College has a vacancy for an organised and efficient School Trips Co-ordinator to provide professional administrative support to the Finance and Admin Teams. The successful applicant will join a welcoming and supportive team where you will co-ordinate school trips events and general administration. Experience in general office administration is essential. Proficiency with Excel and Google are desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
To be considered for this role you will:
Have strong IT skills preferably with experience of Google and MS office.
Have a keen eye for detail and a calm professional manner
Be organised methodical with a flexible positive can-do attitude
Be confident to communicate well with parents students and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team with effective time management skills.
Have a great sense of humour!

The Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership (MNSP) was founded in 2010 following the hard federation between Norton Hill and Somervale Schools. Both secondary schools serve Midsomer Norton, Radstock and the surrounding villages.
