This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who takes pride in maintaining a safe secure and welcoming school environment and enjoys being a key part of the wider school community.

The successful Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance security and general upkeep of the school site.

The Site Manager will:

• Ensure the school premises are safe secure clean and well maintained.
• Carry out general maintenance repairs and basic DIY where required.
• Coordinate contractors and oversee external works and servicing.
• Complete routine health and safety security and site checks.
• Manage site-related issues efficiently and respond to emergencies when required.
• Support the school in maintaining a welcoming environment for pupils staff and visitors.

We are keen to hear from an experienced Site Manager caretaker premises officer or facilities professional with strong practical skills and a proactive approach.

The ideal Site Manager will be organised dependable and confident working independently while also being a positive and approachable member of the school team.
