The successful candidate will share day-to-day responsibility for the physical security safety and mechanical efficiency of the school campus. Key duties include conducting morning security sweeps carrying out first-line reactive fabric repairs (minor plumbing carpentry redecoration and lock fixes) coordinating hall setups for assemblies and exam seasons and logging routine statutory safety checksincluding weekly fire alarm tests emergency lighting checks and water hygiene temperature logs.
