Our client is seeking a reliable skilled School Caretaker to join their campus facilities team from September. Operating on a rotating shift pattern you will take day-to-day responsibility for keeping the school grounds buildings and facilities safe clean and fully operational for pupils and staff.

Key duties include performing morning opening sweeps or evening locking routines executing first-line reactive building repairs (minor plumbing carpentry redecoration and lock fixes) setting up halls for assemblies and extra-curricular clubs and logging statutory safety checksincluding weekly fire alarm tests emergency lighting diagnostics and water temperature checks.
