Our client is seeking a professional reliable and practical School Caretaker to join their active campus premises team immediately. Operating on a rotating shift pattern (early mornings/late evening lockups) this role is ideal for a handy technician or maintenance professional looking for a stable highly supportive team environment.

The successful candidate will share day-to-day responsibility for the physical security and smooth running of the school estate. Key duties include executing morning unlocking or evening lockup routines performing first-line reactive fabric repairs (basic plumbing carpentry and painting fixes) overseeing assembly and exam hall setups and executing routine statutory safety tests (weekly fire alarm drills emergency lighting checks and water hygiene temperature logs).

The premises department benefits from a dedicated well-equipped facility workshop modern asset tracking software and a highly collaborative team structure where support staff are heavily valued.
