As a key member of the senior leadership support team youll oversee the schools business functions ensuring every operational area runs efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading financial planning budgeting and resource management

• Overseeing HR recruitment and payroll processes

• Managing contracts procurement and supplier relationships

• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements

• Overseeing estates facilities and site operations

• Advising senior leaders on business strategy and operational improvements

• Managing support staff and driving continuous service improvement
