An independent preparatory school in Richmond is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to join its leadership support team on a 9-month maternity cover contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance or operations professional to play a strategic role within a well-resourced and highly successful school environment.

This independent school educates approximately 550 pupils aged 413 and has an excellent reputation for academic achievement pastoral care and extracurricular opportunities.

• Leading the finance HR administration and operational functions

• Managing budgets and financial planning

• Overseeing procurement and contract management

• Supporting compliance and risk management

• Leading and developing support staff teams

• Working closely with the Headteacher and governors

Applicants should have:

• Previous School Business Management experience

• Strong financial and operational management skills

• Excellent leadership abilities

• Experience within an education setting

• The legal right to work in the UK
