An efficient administration team plays a prominent role in this schools smooth daily running. The successful applicant will deliver comprehensive clerical support student data management communication handling and administrative assistance across all school departments.
Working closely with the Office Manager and school leadership team you will handle student admissions records general correspondence reprographics trip coordination and front-line query management. This is a full-time ongoing or permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front-of-house parent inquiries incoming phone calls and official correspondence promptly
Maintain and update student data records medical forms and timetable alterations on SIMS/Arbor
Process school admissions student transfers and official education records accurately
Assist with the administrative coordination of school trips parent evenings and school events
Produce letters reports bulletins and digital newsletters for distribution to parents and staff
Support departmental reprographics stationery stock management and general clerical duties

Candidate Requirements
Previous administrative experience within an educational setting (secondary school or college preferred)

Ability to prioritize competing tasks calmly and maintain strict confidentiality
An active enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
