The School Administrator will help ensure the schools administrative systems run efficiently each day. You will provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for parents visitors and other members of the school community.

Your responsibilities will include answering telephone calls responding to emails dealing with enquiries and ensuring that information is passed to the appropriate person. You will need to be approachable and helpful while also understanding the importance of confidentiality.

The role will involve maintaining pupil records updating databases preparing correspondence and supporting the schools day-to-day administration. You will need to work accurately and ensure that deadlines are consistently met.

School Administrator - Experience and Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience.

  • School office experience is desirable.
