The Role

This position is ideal for an experienced administrative assistant data clerk or coordinator looking to manage essential front-line operational systems within a fast-paced and progressive educational environment.

The successful candidate will take full operational accountability for updating student records monitoring daily attendance dashboards and processing admissions frameworks via the schools digital Management Information System (MIS). Key responsibilities include generating compliance tracking reports for the senior leadership team coordinating logistics for school excursions managing sensitive student files in strict accordance with GDPR laws and drafting formal parental correspondence. You will also oversee departmental material procurement manage central filing architecture and provide comprehensive administrative support to year group leaders during peak diagnostic tracking and assessment windows.

You will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure that all internal administrative metrics are completed with total accuracy. Crisp communication skills deep data literacy and a proactive collaborative approach are necessary to balance conflicting deadlines while upholding the schools high professional standards.
