Job Summary

What youll do

You will be the support function to enable effective centralised rostering throughout the complex division.  To cover outstanding shifts and prioritise emergency requirements.  To support the Deputy Scheduling Team Manager and Scheduling Team Manager with all tasks associated with BAU.

Qualifications :

What you need

You must be capable of multi-tasking working under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst ensuring that accuracy and attention to detail are maintained at all times. You must have good interpersonal skills and be able to liaise with Clients and Staff. Investigation and collating of information is central to the role with customer service call centre or administrative experience. Experience of rota design or covering rotas within a health and social care setting would be advantageous.
