Job Summary


This role is central to translating complex financial and operational business processes into effective IT and SAP-based solutions. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring systems are aligned with and enhance core business operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge hands-on SAP experience across multiple modules and the ability to lead end-to-end system implementations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather analyse and document requirements translating them into clear technical specifications
  • Document current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes
  • Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects ensuring delivery on time and within budget
  • Develop system blueprints outlining design and configuration
  • Build and validate prototypes with stakeholders
  • Manage and execute data migration from legacy systems
  • Plan execute and oversee testing activities including unit testing and UAT
  • Coordinate and support Go-Live activities providing immediate post-implementation support
  • Develop and deliver end-user training programmes
  • Create user manuals and system documentation
  • Monitor system performance post-implementation and identify opportunities for process optimisation and enhancement


Requirements
Essential skills & experience
  • SAP Expertise: Strong hands-on experience across SAP modules including FICO MM and SD
  • Business Analysis: Proven ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into IT solutions
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical interpretation and reporting skills
  • System Integration: Experience integrating multiple business systems and applications
  • Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with modern cloud-based platforms and solutions
  • Database Knowledge: Working knowledge of relational database management systems
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
  • Project Management: Experience planning executing and delivering IT projects successfully
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with emerging technologies
