Translate business requirements into technical solution designs using Salesforce technologies
Configure Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
Document solutions develop best practices and share knowledge within the team
Plan and deliver workshops and customer training
Professional experience in Salesforce or a related field
Ideally Salesforce certifications
Experience in the areas of customer experience
Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Good presentation and communication skills and enjoyment of consulting
Good analytical & problem-solving skills
Based in the London area willing to go to the office 1day/wk
Fluent in English right to work in the UK
