What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Valuer / Lister:

• Conducting property valuations and market appraisals to win new sales instructions
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and prospective clients
• Generating new business through prospecting networking and follow-up activity
• Providing accurate property valuations based on local market knowledge and current market conditions
• Negotiating terms of business and securing new instructions
• Monitoring market activity and following up on valuations to maximise conversion rates

• Previous experience in residential estate agency ideally in a Sales Valuer / Lister role
• Proven ability to win new instructions and generate business
• Strong knowledge of the local residential property market
• Confident valuation listing and presentation skills
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated commercially aware and target-driven
• Professional approach with a commitment to high standards of customer service
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
