Sales Team Leader

Were looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join a highperforming luxury travel business.

In this role youll handle a blend of inbound outbound and referralbased enquiries. You will drive new business - building and managing your own client portfolio of highvalue clients delivering exceptional endtoend experiences.

Youll oversee complex itineraries and VIP requests while supporting a small team as well as senior management as the business continues to scale in the UK. This is a handson commercially focused role where relationship building product expertise and operational excellence come together.

The ideal candidate is a confident salesperson with a passion for luxury travel and a proven ability to convert leads. Youll be highly organised disciplined and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once with strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust with clients suppliers and partners. Leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable but wed also like to hear from experienced sales professionals ready to step up to a leadership role. Youll thrive in a fastpaced environment make clear decisions under pressure and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure every clients journey runs flawlessly.
