Sales Support Administrator

As a Sales Support Administrator youll play a key role at the heart of our commercial organisation helping connect our Gaydon headquarters with regional sales teams and Aston Martin dealers around the world. This is an opportunity to gain unique exposure to the commercial side of one of the worlds most iconic luxury brands while building valuable experience across sales operations planning and business administration.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety thrives on organisation and takes pride in getting the details right. Youll become an integral part of a collaborative team supporting activities that help ensure our global sales operation runs smoothly and efficiently.

Working within Commercial Sales youll support a range of business-critical activities. From coordinating information and maintaining data across multiple systems to supporting dealer finance processes and helping drive the successful implementation of new ERP technology your contribution will have a direct impact on how Aston Martin operates globally.

Youll attend commercial meetings with regional teams capturing key discussions actions and decisions while working alongside a broad range of stakeholders across the business. Every day brings something different offering excellent exposure to both commercial operations and wider business functions.

Were looking for someone with strong attention to detail a proactive mindset and the confidence to build positive relationships across different teams. Youll be comfortable working with data enjoy finding solutions and have good IT skills particularly in Excel. Previous administration experience would be beneficial but equally important is your willingness to learn contribute and grow within the business.
