THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an exciting early-career commercial role for someone who wants to buildexpertiseat the intersection of investment management technology and the broader financial services ecosystem. The Sales Specialist Ecosystem & Partner Solutionsis responsible fordriving adoption ofSimCorpsopen platform partner solutions among existing and prospective clients globally.
You will work closely withSimCorpsmarket unit sales teams partner organisations and product colleagues to position integrated solutions from Deutsche Börse Group and complementary ecosystem partners as a compelling extension of SimCorp One. Theinitialfocus coversactive partnerships: 360T for trading solutions Clearstream Fund Services for fundprocessing especially forfund data and regulatory reporting. These are the first of Deutsche Börse Group partnerships being brought to market with further group divisions actively being scoped and onboarded as the programme scales. This role is ideal for someone with 35 years of experience who is curious commercially minded and ready to grow into a senior sales or product specialist career.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner Solution Sales & Pipeline
Support and lead sales cycles for Deutsche Börse Group and partner solution offerings including 360T trading solutions Clearstream Fund Services (Kneip) in collaboration with market unit account executives and partner commercial teamsacross SimCorp and Deutsche Börse Group
Identifyand qualify opportunities within the existing SimCorp client base where Deutsche Börse Group or ecosystem partner solutions address unmet needs or complement existing deployments.
Build andmaintainan accuratepipeline of partner-originated and partner-influenced opportunities reporting transparently to sales leadership.
Support contract and commercial discussions for partner solution attachments working with market units and legal as needed.
Ecosystem Positioning & Client Engagement
Develop a confident clear value proposition narrative for each active partner tailored to buy-side client segments asset managers asset owners and wealth managersin collaboration with the Commercial and product teams.
Articulate the SimCorp open platform story and the strategic significance of Deutsche Börse Group ecosystem connectivity to clients and prospects at working and senior levels.
Collect andsynthesizeclient feedback on partner solutions and feed insights back to Product and Partner Management teams.
Partner Collaboration & Onboarding
Build strong working relationships with commercial and pre-sales counterparts at Deutsche Börse Group partners.
Coordinate joint go-to-marketactivitywith partners including co-sell campaigns client events and joint proposals.
Support the onboarding and internal activation of new Deutsche Börse Group partnerships as they areformalised including internal enablement andsalescollateral development.
Help develop andmaintainpartner battlecards positioning materials and FAQs to enable market unit teams to qualify and refer opportunities effectively.
Internal Enablement & Community
Act as the internal point of contact and subject matter resource for ecosystem and partner solution questions across market units globally.
Run regular internal briefings and updates on partner capabilities pipeline progress and new Deutsche Börse Group partnership developments.
Work with marketing to develop partner-focused content case studies and client-facing materials that support the ecosystem narrative.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
35 years of experience in a commercial pre-sales partner management or client-facing role within financial services technology financial market infrastructure or investment operations.
A genuine interest in and basic understanding of investment management operations including how buy-side firms manage data reporting trading and post-trade workflows.
Familiarity with the concept of open platforms API connectivity and technology ecosystems in a financial services context.
Strong communicationand presentation skills able to explain complex solution concepts clearly and engagingly to non-technical and technical audiences alike.
Collaborativeorganised and proactive comfortable working across multiple internal teams and external partners simultaneously.
Desirable
Direct exposure to any of theinitialpartner domains:trading fund management post-tradeand/or data management
Experience working in or selling to buy-side asset managers wealth managers or asset servicers.
Familiarity with SimCorp One SimCorp Dimension or comparable investment management platforms
Exposure to Deutsche Börse Group or similar market infrastructure groups and their buy-side service offerings.
