Sales Specialist - Dell
Location: Milton Keynes - Hybrid
This role follows a nonnegotiable 3day hybrid working pattern. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Milton Keynes office.
About the Job
Were looking for a customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our Dell team at Ingram Micro. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your sales career with one of the worlds leading technology brands developing strong customer relationships while becoming a trusted advisor on Dells products and solutions.
Whether youre looking to build on existing sales experience or take the next step in your career youll be supported with industry-leading training ongoing development and the opportunity to grow your own customer base. This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships identifying opportunities and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Core responsibilities:
Driving the growth of Dell products and services across existing and previously engaged customers
Building and developing customer relationships through meaningful conversations and solution-led selling
Becoming a go-to contact for Dell developing strong knowledge of the products and services within your portfolio
Providing customers with product information pricing quotations availability and promotional offers
Following up on opportunities and managing deals through to completion
Proactively managing your pipeline and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and profitability
Working closely with internal teams and vendor partners to deliver the best outcomes for customers
Taking part in sales initiatives campaigns and vendor-led activities where required
To set you up for success we are looking for the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a customer-facing sales retail account management or similar role
Excellent communication skills both over the phone and face to face
A positive proactive attitude with a passion for building relationships
An interest in technology and a willingness to continuously learn and develop
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and CRM tools
