Job purpose:

The Sales Operations & Logistics Lead is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of Zeekrs UK sales and logistics activities supporting the complete vehicle journey from order placement through to customer delivery. The role acts as the key link between the UK commercial organisation logistics partners retailers and the European headquarters to ensure operational excellence customer satisfaction and achievement of sales objectives.

The position combines sales operations logistics management retail support reporting business planning and market insights to optimise performance across the UK market.

This is a highly commercial role requiring a proactive sales professional with strong relationship-building skills a proven track record in automotive or fleet sales and a passion for driving the adoption of electric mobility

Main responsibilities:

• Sales Operations: Lead UK sales operations managing ordering allocation forecasting inventory and performance to ensure efficient order-to-delivery processes.

• Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Manage UK vehicle logistics and external partners ensuring timely vehicle availability transportation registration and customer delivery.

• Market & Business Insights: Analyse sales market and competitor data to identify trends risks and opportunities supporting business planning and strategic decisions.

• Stakeholder Management & Leadership: Act as the key interface between UK and European teams coordinating stakeholders and supporting cross-functional projects systems and process improvements.

• Operational Performance & Process Improvement: Monitor KPIs reporting and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and ensure accurate compliant and efficient ways of working.

• Automotive Commercial & Industry Experience: Bring strong automotive sales logistics or commercial operations experience ideally within an OEM EV or new-brand environment with proven project and stakeholder management capabilities.

Education Skills and Personal characteristics required:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Logistics Operations Management or a related discipline.

• Relevant professional qualifications in logistics supply chin project management or business operations would be advantageous.

• Significant experience within sales operations logistics supply chain or commercial operations in the automotive industry.

• Proven experience managing vehicle ordering allocation logistics and delivery processes.

• Demonstrable experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Strong background in reporting data analysis KPI management and operational performance improvement.

• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment.

• Proven project management and process improvement experience.

• Experience building and managing stakeholder relationships across multiple organisational levels.
