Sales Negotiator

Location: Uxbridge
Salary: 25000 Basic
OTE: 35000 to 40000
Hours: Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday (with a day in lieu)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Sales Negotiator to join a successful and established estate agency in Uxbridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within residential property sales working within a busy office and a supportive team environment. Whether you are already working within estate agency or have a strong sales background this role offers excellent earning potential and career progression.

Registering and qualifying buyers

Arranging and conducting property viewings

Generating new business opportunities

Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Progressing sales through to completion

Managing applicant databases and following up enquiries

Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Previous estate agency experience preferred but not essential

Strong sales and customer service skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Highly motivated and target driven

Professional and presentable manner

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Basic salary of 25000

Realistic OTE of 35000 to 40000

Uncapped commission structure

Ongoing training and development
