The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business conducting market appraisals securing property instructions and supporting the continued growth of the branch.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager / Lister:

• Conduct market appraisals and secure new residential sales instructions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors buyers and prospective clients
• Drive branch performance through proactive business generation and networking activities
• Negotiate offers and progress sales through to successful completion
• Support and mentor negotiators to achieve individual and team targets
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service while ensuring compliance with industry regulations

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager Valuer Lister or Senior Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
• Strong knowledge of the Chelmsford and wider Essex property market
• Excellent valuation negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build credibility and rapport with clients at all levels
• Results-driven with a commercial and target-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Professional motivated and capable of working effectively within a fast-paced environment
