What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager / Lister:

• Leading the sales function taking responsibility for instructions valuations marketing and progression of properties through to completion
• Winning new business through valuations prospecting networking and developing strong relationships with local homeowners
• Building and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities while maintaining a high level of service throughout the process
• Providing leadership and direction within the sales function setting standards and driving performance
• Developing the sales strategy and identifying opportunities to increase market share instructions and revenue
• Taking ownership of your results and contributing to the wider commercial direction and growth of the business

• Proven experience within residential sales ideally with strong listing and valuation experience
• A successful track record of winning instructions and generating new business
• Strong knowledge of the Bath property market and surrounding areas
• Confident conducting market appraisals and advising vendors on pricing and sales strategy
• Natural leadership ability with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of targets performance and revenue generation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial with the drive to develop a sales function and work towards potential Partnership or Ownership
