Were looking for a confident and credible leader with a strong track record in sales management. The Sales Manager will be a hands-on leadership role focused on customer relationships pipeline management and winning business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team
Build deep customer relationships and drive account growth
Manage pipeline forecast sales and deliver revenue targets
Lead negotiations and support the team in closing deals
Maintain strong market pricing and product knowledge
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalations
About You
Proven experience in sales leadership or account management
Strong track record of winning business and delivering growth
Skilled negotiator with strong commercial awareness
Excellent leadership coaching and communication skills
Experience in construction engineering or related sectors preferred
