A busy property agency in Uxbridge is looking for a personable and motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join its team. This entry-level role would suit someone with some property experience or strong transferable skills although some previous experience in the property industry would be preferred.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:

• Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Responding to sales and lettings enquiries by phone email and in person
• Following up applicants and generating new business opportunities
• Negotiating offers and assisting with the progression of transactions
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day sales and lettings activities

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Some previous estate agency experience would be advantageous
• Strong transferable skills from sales retail hospitality or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Positive enthusiastic and customer-focused approach
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working towards targets and motivated by results
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car preferred
