As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for supporting buyers sellers landlords and tenants throughout their property journey. You will arrange and conduct viewings negotiate offers generate new business opportunities and provide a professional proactive service while working towards individual and branch targets in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:

• Registering applicants and matching buyers and tenants with suitable properties
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales and lettings through to completion
• Generating new business opportunities and building relationships with vendors and landlords
• Maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the transaction process
• Delivering exceptional customer service while achieving individual and branch targets

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential sales lettings or both
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service with a professional and positive approach
• Highly organised motivated and able to manage a busy workload
• Confident building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
• Able to work independently as well as part of a successful team
• Full UK driving licence
• Well presented articulate and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for property
