What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:

• Registering applicants and matching them with suitable sales and rental properties
• Conducting property viewings and providing excellent customer service
• Handling enquiries by telephone email and in person
• Negotiating offers and assisting with the progression of sales and lettings
• Building strong relationships with applicants landlords and vendors
• Supporting the team with business generation and identifying new sales and lettings opportunities
