Working across both residential sales and lettings you will be responsible for registering applicants conducting property viewings negotiating offers and tenancy agreements and supporting clients throughout their property journey. What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:

• Registering applicants and handling property enquiries
• Conducting accompanied property viewings
• Matching buyers and tenants to suitable properties
• Negotiating offers and tenancy agreements
• Supporting sales and lettings progression through to completion
• Building strong relationships with buyers sellers landlords and tenants

• Previous experience within residential estate agency sales lettings or a combined role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional manner
• Customer-focused approach
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
