Youll be responsible for converting warm qualified leads into new business while also identifying and developing new sales opportunities across the UK and Ireland. - Location: Lichfield (Hybrid Working) Driver required due to location

- Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound and qualified leads into new business.
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry to close.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using the CRM.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Previous experience in a sales internal sales or business development role.
- Confident generating new business and converting qualified leads.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded organised and target driven.
- Experience using CRM systems.
