Were looking for a motivated and commercially focused Conference & Event Sales Executive to join our team at Moor Hall the Chartered Institute of Marketings unique conference events and hospitality venue.

In this customer-facing role youll be responsible for driving revenue growth across our meetings conferences events weddings corporate hospitality and accommodation offerings.

Youll thrive on building relationships converting enquiries into bookings and identifying new business opportunities all while ensuring every client receives an outstanding experience from enquiry through to event delivery.

What youll be doing:

• Managing conference and event enquiries by phone email and in person
• Converting leads into confirmed bookings
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets
• Generating new business and growing existing accounts
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Supporting marketing activity including social media and promotional campaigns
• Liaising with operational teams to ensure successful event delivery

What were looking for:

• Experience in hospitality venue conference or event sales
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• Confident proactive and commercially focused approach
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing channels is desirable
