The Role
As a Sales Development Representative youll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and introducing prospective clients to the companys portfolio of managed IT services. Working closely with experienced Account Managers and technical specialists youll identify potential customers qualify leads and book meetings that contribute to the companys continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls email campaigns LinkedIn and other prospecting methods.
Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers.
Qualify prospects and arrange appointments for the senior sales team.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.
Learn and promote the companys managed IT services cloud cybersecurity networking and infrastructure solutions.
Work closely with sales marketing and technical teams to maximise business opportunities.
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
Stay informed on industry trends emerging technologies and the managed services market.
About You
Previous experience in an SDR BDR Internal Sales Telesales or Lead Generation role is desirable.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive resilient and target-driven mindset.
Strong commercial awareness with a passion for sales.
An interest in technology managed services or IT solutions.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Experience using CRM systems would be beneficial.
