Aztrum Recruitment is partnering with a leading technology solutions provider that is looking to recruit an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its growing team.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative youll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and introducing prospective clients to the companys wide range of technology solutions. Working closely with experienced Account Managers and technical consultants youll identify potential customers qualify leads and arrange meetings that help drive continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling email campaigns LinkedIn and other prospecting activities.
  • Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospective customers and book appointments for the senior sales team.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the companys portfolio including managed IT services cloud cybersecurity networking infrastructure software and digital transformation solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales marketing and technical teams to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
  • Keep up to date with technology trends and developments across the IT industry.

About You

  • Previous experience in an SDR BDR Internal Sales Telesales Lead Generation or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive resilient and target-focused approach.
  • Commercially minded with a genuine passion for sales.
  • An interest in technology IT solutions or managed services.
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.
