Location: Kettering
Salary: 28000 per year
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am 5:30pm Friday 9:00am 3:00pm

What youll be doing
-Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration.
-Preparing documents reports and presentations using Microsoft Office.
-Keeping customer records accurate and up to date within our CRM system.
-Answering customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and confidence.
-Coordinating meetings managing diaries and keeping schedules organised.
-Assisting with reporting data entry and general business administration.
-Handling confidential information with care and attention.
-Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure everything runs efficiently.

What our client is looking for
-Previous experience in an administration or sales support role.
-Great organisational skillsyou love a plan and know how to prioritise.
-Strong attention to detail and a knack for spotting the little things.
-Confident using Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
-Experience using CRM systems (or the ability to learn new software quickly).
-Friendly professional communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
-Someone who enjoys working as part of a team but is equally comfortable using their own initiative.
