Job Description:

In this fast-paced role you will manage customer enquiries process sales orders coordinate equipment deliveries and collections liaise with suppliers and build strong relationships across multiple departments. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring customers receive a seamless professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers providing professional and responsive support for sales enquiries service requests and repair quotations.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently ensuring all information is entered and managed correctly within internal systems.

• Coordinate order fulfilment and delivery schedules to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met.

• Work closely with sales workshop warehouse and customer support teams to ensure equipment availability installations and service commitments are achieved.

• Liaise with suppliers to ensure equipment and parts are delivered on time and support the smooth fulfilment of customer orders.

• Investigate and resolve invoice queries and disputes working collaboratively with customers suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Ensure all paperwork quotations orders records and related documentation are maintained accurately and in accordance with company procedures.

Knowledge Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a Sales Coordinator Sales Support Customer Service Service Administrator Workshop Coordinator or similar role.

• Experience within a service workshop hire rental fleet management engineering construction or related environment would be highly advantageous.

• Understanding of sales order processing and order management systems.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Excel and Word.

• Comfortable working with internal business systems order processing platforms and databases.
