They are an essential part of the team supporting store management and creating a memorable shopping experience for every have a brilliantopportunityfora Part TimeSales Advisor on a 8 hourpermanent contract to join the team in our beautiful shop note this role will include working weekends and us by:Delivering an exceptional and inspiring servicedemonstratinga thorough knowledge of our brand products designinspirationand servicesRecommendingadditionalservices and solutions to our customers to drive sales and gather customer dataActively driving sales across channels by introducing customers to our website using it as a sellingtooland supporting with the processing of online ordersHaving a first point resolution approach to any customer issues or feedback and actively seeking out solutions for the benefit of the customerSupporting the Store Manager and team to drive store sales profitability and consistent KPI achievementHelping with implementing store visual merchandising windows standards and guidelines and utilising all product categories and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the storeHaving a flexible approach to your work playing an active role in all operational tasks such as management of stock loss prevention health and safety and store safety standards amongst othersThe skillsyoullbe sharing with the team:Yourhigh standardsof customer service will bereally importantto you and is extremely valued in this role.
