We have an exciting opportunity for a Full- Times Sales Assistant to join our kids store in Lakeside!Please note this position is 37.5 hours per week working 5 out of 7 be flexible over weekdays and what youll be doing Delivering the highest level of customer service possible to both child and their parent/guardianOffering our free measure and fitting service to our little customersProviding in depth product knowledgeStriving to meet KPIs and personal targetsProcessing payments customer orders and reservationsStock management and shop floor merchandisingMaintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areasAssisting with opening/shutdown proceduresPrevious experience is not essential however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable.
