Job Summary
We areseekinga dedicated and proactiveSafeguardingCoordinatorto join our Safeguarding Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strengthening of safeguarding practices across a global organisation helping to ensure that safeguardingremainsembedded in all aspects of our work.
The successful candidate will support the implementation and development ofsafeguardingpoliciessystemsand practices across Islamic Relief Worldwide. Working closely with colleagues across Head Office countryofficesand partner organisations you will help promote a culture ofsafetyaccountabilityand continuous improvement.
About the role
This role will also supportsafeguardingcase management training delivery compliance monitoring reporting and organisational learning ensuringsafeguardingstandards are consistently applied across our operations.
About you

A good understanding ofsafeguarding PSEAH and childsafeguardingprinciples and standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability toidentifyriskstrendsand learning opportunities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
