Summary

Were looking for a fashion conscious and customer focused Team Member to join our store. Youll be on the shop floor helping customers sharing product knowledge and making sure they enjoy a great experience every time they visit.

This role offers a base salary plus sales-based commission.

About the Role

• Ensure stock is carefully received checked and prepared to a high standard ready for the shop floor in line with Russell & Bromley expectations.
• Maintain beautifully presented displays and an immaculate well-organised stockroom and operational space at all times.
• Support a premium customer experience by helping on the shop floor when needed offering friendly attentive service that reflects the brand.
• Work collaboratively with the team and managers to help the store run smoothly and maintain strong standards.

About You

• Friendly approachable and confident speaking with customers
• Passionate about fashion and enjoying helping people
• Takes pride in presentation and has strong attention to detail
• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
• Available to work a schedule that includes evenings weekends and key trading days; we are happy to discuss flexible working patterns that work for you
