ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Room Service Manager as Room Service Waiter/Waitress you will play a key role in our guests stay with us by serving them food and drinks in he comfort of their own rooms and making them feel like they are in a home away from home.

Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotels opening and beyond. We are looking for people who as detail-oriented a people-person and works well under pressure!

As Room Service Waiter/Waitress key aspects of your role will include:

• Ensuring food and drinks are perfectly presented before serving to guests
• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests in their rooms
• Answer any questions on the menu selection including how food has been prepared any modifications that can be made and what allergens are present
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding questions length of wait product availability meal requirements allergies dietary needs and special requests
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas china glass and silverware before serving it to guests
• Restock items
• Present physical and accurate check to guests and process payments on service
• Follow health and safety guidelines and policies to report accidents and injuries
