Level 3 Room Leader

Up to 31200 per annum 40 Hours per Week

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Room Leader to join a our clients nursery that is committed to providing exceptional care and early years education.

The nursery has earned a Good Ofsted rating and offers a bright welcoming environment where children are encouraged to explore learn and develop confidence through play. This role is ideal for a passionate early years professional who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences supporting childrens development and leading a team to deliver outstanding practice.

Who Were Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to support motivate and mentor colleagues
• Passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of your designated room
• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and implement engaging learning experiences
• Support childrens learning development and school readiness
• Mentor and support colleagues within the room
• Build positive relationships with children families and professionals
• Monitor childrens progress and maintain accurate records
• Ensure safeguarding compliance and nursery standards are consistently maintained
