Who Were Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to support motivate and mentor colleagues
Passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education

Monitor childrens progress and maintain accurate records
Ensure safeguarding compliance and nursery standards are consistently maintained
