Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience as a Room Leader Senior Nursery Practitioner or similar leadership role
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience supporting and mentoring colleagues
A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare
