We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Room Leader to join our clients friendly team. Every space has been thoughtfully designed to encourage children to learn through play with bright inviting rooms that spark creativity and a spacious well-equipped outdoor area filled with high-quality resources that make every day an adventure.

Whether children are building creating exploring or simply enjoying the freedom to play outdoors the nursery provides an environment where curiosity is celebrated and independence is encouraged.

As Room Leader youll have the opportunity to shape these experiences while leading a supportive team and creating a room where children feel happy confident and excited to learn.

What Were Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience within an early years setting.
• Experience as a Room Leader Deputy Room Leader or an experienced Senior Nursery Practitioner ready to take the next step.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for creating engaging learning environments that inspire creativity and exploration.
• A positive and supportive approach to developing both children and colleagues.

Your Role

• Lead the day-to-day running of your room ensuring exceptional standards of care and education.
• Inspire support and mentor your team to deliver outstanding early years practice.
• Plan engaging learning experiences that promote creativity curiosity and independence.
• Make full use of the nurserys spacious indoor and outdoor environments to support childrens learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor childrens progress through observations and assessments ensuring every child is supported to achieve their full potential.
• Create a safe inclusive and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
• Ensure safeguarding health and safety and nursery policies are consistently followed.
