What Youll Need

Essential

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Proven experience as a Room Leader or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
  • Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day operations confidently

Desirable

  • Additional training in leadership SEND or safeguarding

What Youll Do

  • Lead and support the baby room team to maintain quality and safety standards
  • Plan and implement activities that support early learning and development
  • Observe assess and report on childrens progress and wellbeing
  • Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements
  • Support staff development and daily operational decisions
