As Room Leader youll play a key role in leading your team maintaining high standards and creating a positive and engaging environment where children can thrive.
What Were Looking For
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience as a Room LeaderSenior Nursery Practitioner or an experienced Nursery Practitioner ready to take the next step.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
Excellent communication organisation and leadership skills.
A positive and supportive approach to mentoring colleagues.
A genuine passion for creating outstanding learning experiences for young children.

Your Role
Lead the day-to-day running of your room ensuring high standards of care and education.
Inspire support and mentor practitioners within your team.
Plan engaging activities that encourage childrens curiosity confidence and development.
Observe assess and monitor childrens progress in line with the EYFS framework.
Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
Make the most of the nurserys exceptional indoor and outdoor environments to deliver creative learning opportunities.
Ensure safeguarding health and safety and nursery policies are consistently followed.
Work alongside the management team to continuously enhance the quality of the nursery.
All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements including an enhanced DBS check satisfactory references and verification of the right to work in the UK in line with safeguarding responsibilities.
