Who Were Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification essential
Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner desirable
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A nurturing and child-centred approach
Passion for supporting childrens learning development and wellbeing

Monitoring childrens progress and supporting their development
Ensuring safeguarding and nursery standards are consistently maintained
