Room Leader

32000 - 34000 per annum 40 hours per week Level 3 Early Years Qualification Required

The nursery has been thoughtfully designed to provide a warm fun and nurturing atmosphere where children are encouraged to build confidence independence and a love of learning. Carefully planned learning spaces support every stage of development while the outdoor environment offers endless opportunities for exploration adventure and imaginative play.

This role is ideal for an experienced and passionate Level 3 early years professional who enjoys leading a room supporting colleagues and creating engaging experiences that help children reach their full potential

Who Were Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification essential
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner desirable
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A nurturing and child-centred approach
• Passion for supporting childrens learning development and wellbeing

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day running of your designated room
• Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Supporting and mentoring team members within the room
• Planning and implementing engaging learning experiences
• Creating a safe stimulating and nurturing environment
• Building positive relationships with children families and colleagues
• Monitoring childrens progress and supporting their development
• Ensuring safeguarding and nursery standards are consistently maintained
