Level 3 Room LeaderHours per Week

This role is perfect experienced and senior early years - You will be a senior presence on the floor helping to maintain high standards of care and education supporting staff development and ensuring compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements.

What Were Looking For:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification Essential
  • Proven experience in a room leader senior practitioner or key person role within an EYFS setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework child development and safeguarding
  • Confident communicator with families and wider childcare teams
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding child-centred care and education

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily running of your room ensuring a high-quality EYFS learning environment
  • Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Observe assess and track childrens progress keeping learning journeys up to date
  • Act as a key person building strong relationships with children and their families
  • Support mentor and role-model best practice for junior practitioners in your room
  • Maintain a safe nurturing and stimulating environment at all times
