Looking for your next leadership role in early years

The nursery offers a bright modern environment with dedicated rooms for different age groups ensuring children receive age-appropriate learning experiences tailored to their developmental needs. Children also benefit from access to a fantastic outdoor space that encourages exploration physical development and imaginative play.

This position is available within either the Baby Room or Pre-School Room making it ideal for a strong early years professional who enjoys leading a team supporting childrens development and maintaining excellent standards of practice. Youll play a key role in creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe valued and inspired to learn.

What Were Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous experience as a Room Leader Senior Nursery Practitioner or similar role
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework
• Experience supporting children with additional needs and SEND
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Ability to inspire motivate and support colleagues

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of either the Baby Room or Pre-School Room
• Support and mentor colleagues within the room
• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
• Plan engaging activities that support childrens development and interests
• Monitor childrens progress and identify individual support needs
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
• Ensure safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards are consistently maintained
• Create a positive and inclusive environment where all children can flourish
