An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Baby Room Leader to play a key role in shaping childrens earliest experiences and supporting a high-performing team within a nurturing and child-focused environment.

What Were Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification essential
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner desirable
• Experience working with babies and young children
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• An understanding of Montessori principles or a desire to learn more
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the baby room and ensuring the highest standards of care and education
• Creating a nurturing stimulating environment that supports babies development
• Planning and delivering engaging learning experiences in line with EYFS and Montessori principles
• Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the room
• Building strong relationships with children families and team members
• Monitoring childrens progress and supporting their individual development journeys
• Ensuring safeguarding health & safety and nursery policies are consistently followed
