What Were Looking For
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience as a Room LeaderSenior Nursery Practitioner or an experienced practitioner ready to step into a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for outdoor learning and child-led education.
A caring positive and nurturing approach.

Observe assess and monitor childrens progress in line with the EYFS framework.
Build strong relationships with children families and colleagues.
Maintain safeguarding health and safety and nursery standards at all times.
Support the wider management team in maintaining a positive home-from-home nursery environment.
