Spacious bright rooms are carefully equipped to encourage curiosity creativity and independent learning while dedicated outdoor spaces give children daily opportunities to explore play and learn in the fresh air.
Working closely with the management team youll lead your room support and inspire your colleagues and play an important role in maintaining the high standards of care and education the nursery is known for.
What Were Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Previous experience as a Room Leader or a strong Senior Nursery Practitioner ready to progress into a leadership role.
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills.
A positive nurturing and child-centred approach.
The ability to motivate and support colleagues while leading by example.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day running of your room ensuring exceptional standards of care and education.
Inspire and support your room team providing guidance and mentoring where needed.
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Create a safe stimulating and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
Observe assess and monitor childrens development supporting their individual learning journeys.
Build strong relationships with children families and colleagues.
Encourage outdoor learning and play-based exploration.
Ensure safeguarding health and safety and nursery policies are consistently followed.
Support the management team in maintaining high-quality practice across the nursery.
